Welcome to Realize

A few years back (~2003) I started part-time development on a photo realistic ray tracer. Unfortunately due to time constraints, I was unable to take the development to the level required to generate any images of value.

I've recently decided to re-start my efforts from scratch, will record my journal here both as a way to motivate myself to continue work, and also as a personal memento of the experience should this project ever come to fruition.
